US cellular operator Verizon Wireless, which is a joint venture between Verizon Communications and Vodafone, today announced second quarter net customer additions of 1.8 million.
This takes the operator’s total retail base, or customers that it manages directly, to 52.6 million of its total 54.8 million customers.
Verizon Wireless’ financial and operational results for the quarter will be reported August 1.
