Integrity forms the basis from which other important values spring. Integrity gives rise to forthright and respectful communications which, in turn, contribute to beneficially impactful working relationships. Personal and professional integrity create clear avenues for expression of passion and creativity in balance with elements of thoughtfulness and sound judgement.

Utilization of integrity as a guiding principle has been essential to client engagement with New Mexico’s Bernalillo County in its implementation of a Behavioral Health Initiative. One aspect of this project is discussing, with individuals performing in a variety of roles within the current structure, the prospect of altering the current structure. Facilitating these discussions from a foundation of integrity has effectively set the stage for an organizationally healthy transition to the next phase of the project rather than a more anxiety-producing shift that can lead to unproductive “stuckness.”
