It’s not a problem, it’s a project. I love this perspective as it trades anxiety for anticipation, destructive for constructive, and reactive for proactive. It is how I approach my role as Administrative Specialist with Optimetra. I enjoy identifying potential problems, creating collaborative solutions, and improving processes for the people I support. My goal is to identify and prevent issues by connecting my knowledge and experience with individual needs. I desire to make things better, easier, more efficient, and more accurate.

What is unique about Optimetra is that I support not only our employees, but also a national group of consultants and clients. Everyone’s needs and perspectives are very different which both enhances and challenges my ability to optimize solutions. I want to support our team and our clients as much as possible, so they can maximize their attention to the important work they do.
