Pan-European backbone network Colt has entered into a contract with IT services firm Unisys to deliver infrastructure, cloud management software and services to European customers. After the initial UK implementation, the companies intend to provide the services from an additional six data centres within Colt’s European network.
Cloud computing services will include: Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS); Platform as a Service (PaaS); and Software as a Service (SaaS).
