"Apiana" watch in 18-karat rose gold with diamonds totaling 1.34 carats, including one diamond in the dial. The Swiss-made timepiece has a mother-of-pearl dial with Arabic numerals set with 72 diamonds and a red leather strap. 

Though incredibly diamond-intensive, this versatile watch manages to appear more sophisticated than ostentatious and could appeal to a move conservative clientele.

Milus entered the American market a few months ago through a retail arrangement with Tourneau, but the company expects to expand further into the United States through 2007. Milus has enjoyed distribution in Europe since 1919.
